Andy Chang, MPT / Owner

Andy received his Master's degree from Loma Linda University in 2004. He has clinical experience treating sports medicine, orthopedics, and neurological dysfunctions. Andy has completed various in depth orthopedic courses and extensively trained as a Maitland manual physical therapist. He is also a therapist that emphasizes on exercise physiology. In his free time, Andy enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and two children.


Ashley Taylor, DPT

Ashley grew up in Richmond, VA participating in swimming, diving, as well as gymnastics. She combined her love of sports, exercise, and health to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science degree Radford University in southwest Virginia. After spending a few years as an ACSM Personal Trainer and gymnastics coach she moved to San Diego to complete the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA. Ashley holds a certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and enjoys sharing the benefits of yoga with her patients during therapy. In her spare time she enjoys camping, yoga, video games, and hiking.


Kelli Coppinger, PTA

Kelli grew up in Henderson, Nevada. She began to develop her passion for human movement during her years of playing competitive sports and taking human anatomy and sports medicine courses in high school. She received her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2011. After graduating, she moved to San Diego, CA. Her passion for helping others led her to a more medical based occupation as a PT aide/receptionist in an outpatient physical therapy office were she focused on orthopedics, strength, and conditioning training. In her desire to continue her education and advance her skills to work with people, Kelli enrolled in a Physical Therapy Assistant program receiving her degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Concorde Career College in 2016. Kelli will continue to further her education in receiving her DPT in the near future. In her free time, Kelli enjoys outdoor activities and traveling.

Jenna has been working at Coast Physical Therapy for the past 16 years. She is a dedicated and technically skilled business professional. She has a versatile administrative support skill set, developed through front and back office experience for 19 years in the medical field. Jenna can answer any insurance, appointment, or billing questions you may have.


Gwendolyn Clarke, CSCS

Gwen obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University in health science, fitness management. She became a personal trainer/physical therapy tech that specializes in injury prevention, functional movement, and athletic conditioning. Her passions include health and helping people perform at their best.


Tovah Fischer, Office Associate

Native of San Diego, Tovah love of working with people which led her in the field of healthcare. She obtained her certification for Medical Administration in 2002 and became licensed Esthetician and skin care professional in 2011. This opened her eyes to healthy Living and healthy Lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys attending the Opera at The San Diego Opera House, supporting live and local performances, art shows, and Farmer Markets.
